PCISIG M.2 NGFF Breakout Module

ZX122xB and ZX122GxBB are PCISIG M.2 NGFF breakout module series providing access to all PCISIG signals for purpose of test and measurement.

 ZX122xB provides full access to all 67 PCISIG M.2 signals via onboard 0402 SMD shunt landing pads.

 ZX122GxBB provides full access to all PCISIG M.2 signals ( excluding the reserved Ground ) via onboard 0402 SMD shunt landing pads.

ZX122xB and ZX122GxBB modules are identical in design, except the ZX122GxBB modules inner connect all PCISIG M.2 reserved GND ( system reference ) signals to each other and the inner PCB ground planes. The datasheet lists the PCISIG M.2 reserved GND signals for each module.

ZX122xB &ZX122GxBB are designed for:

1- Test and measurement for signal quality, characterization , test and debug of any PCISIG M.2 NGFF module interface
2- Onboard 0402 SMD shunts for All PCISIG M.2 signals enables:
   a) Easy probe access & signal re-routing
   b) Interface to evaluation or external test equipment

3- Insertion loss > -2dB @ 8GHz

ZX122xB is offered in 7 different modules supporting M.2 Key types based on Socket 1 Socket 2 and Socket 3 categories.
